CPA 2011-Model-Conditions
For customers not holding a credit account with LAS, cleared payment must be received on booking by credit or debit card and at least two working days prior to the operation in order for us to proceed.
Cancellations – The following applies:
- Cancellation up to 12.00 noon preceding day 25%.
- Cancellation after 12.00 noon on preceding day 100% of hire charge is chargeable.
- Postponement after 12.00 noon on preceding day 50% of hire charge is chargeable.
- Cancellation on same day as scheduled operation before arrival the full hire charge is chargeable.
- Full hire charge applies if upon arrival, elevator cannot be used for the purpose for which it was hired.
PLEASE NOTE, the definition of “hire charge” includes the call out charge.
